Agrolimen acquires Ollie

Spanish family-owned group Agrolimen has acquired New York-based fresh dog food company Ollie in a transaction worth over $600 million, according to various media reports.

Founded in 2016, the company delivers food-grade meals via a subscription D2C model, combining personalisation, cold chain logistics and, more recently, AI-powered diagnostics. Despite the acquisition, the company will continue to operate independently with its own CEO, Nick Stafford.

Agrolimen already owns Nature's Variety (USA) and Affinity Petcare (Europe), as well as the food company GBfoods, which operates in over 70 countries. This transaction is intended to expand the company's presence in the USA.
